BRIDGE FINANCE GROUP ADDS JOHN ROSIN AS DIRECTOR TO SERVE GROWING SOUTHEAST MARKET

CHICAGO, IL, April 16, 2007 – Bridge Finance Group announced that John Rosin has joined the company as Director in the Atlanta office to help address the growing need for financial services in the market.

Mr. Rosin spent the past eighteen years in originations and management in the banking and senior secured lending world.  Since 1996, he has been Director of Originations for Wells Fargo Foothill’s Southern Region.  Mr. Rosin started the Atlanta regional headquarters office, which supported forty-nine employees, and was responsible for more than 120 funded transactions with $2.5 billion of commitments and $1.5 billion of fundings.

“John has proven his ability to successfully meet the growth needs of a variety of businesses in many industries,” noted Randy Abrahams, CEO of Bridge Finance Group. “We anticipate significant growth in that market, and expect John to be a huge contributor overall to our company both from a production and management perspective.”

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Rosin started the Atlanta based Southern Region senior secured lending division of Fremont General.  He grew the Fremont office to a loan portfolio in excess of $150 million with a staff of thirty employees.

Mr. Rosin has served as the President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA) as well as a National Board Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).
