BRIDGE FINANCE GROUP ADDS RYAN DEWITTE AS DIRECTOR IN CHICAGO HEADQUARTERS OFFICE CHICAGO, IL – September 11, 2007 - Bridge Finance Group announced the appointment of Ryan DeWitte as Director in their Chicago headquarters office. Ryan has over 12 years of experience in the asset-based lending industry during which he has developed a significant level of experience dealing with complex transactions, financially distressed companies and pre and post petition situations. He will be responsible for managing a portfolio of asset-based and structured finance transactions. “Ryan’s experience adds to our ability to meet the growing needs of our customers,” noted Randy Abrahams, CEO of Bridge Finance Group. Most recently, De Witte was Senior Vice President and co-manager of the Midwest Region for Presidential Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for all credit functions, including underwriting, portfolio management and auditing. “I have been impressed by the growth Bridge Finance Group has achieved, and look forward to joining them and helping to continue it,” Ryan said. Prior to joining Presidential, De Witte was Vice President, Relationship Manager with LaSalle Bank and prior to that, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Account Executive with Finova Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for managing a financially distressed portfolio and developed action plans that successfully maximized the recovery of the investment. He began his career at Fremont Financial Corporation. A member of the Commercial Finance Association, De Witte holds a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in finance from Ferris State University.
