Bridge Finance Group announces the plan for their new corporate headquarters.

Bridge will move into its new headquarters at The John Buck Company's latest addition, 155 North Wacker Drive, in March 2010. This address is the new location for business in Chicago with cutting edge amenities, an ideal location, and fantastic views. Bridge will occupy the top three floors of this premier office building which also offers a conference center, fitness hub, and a connection via Sky Bridge to a 1,200-stall parking garage. The building will house retail areas, a sundry shop, fine dining, carry-out and catering-all accessible from the lobby.

The building has been pre-certified as LEED*-CS Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council due to the improved air quality, sustainable site, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, and material and resources. Bridge along with Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP will be two of the original anchor tenants of this new 46 story office complex.
